BRC in Space
No other experience design firm has as much experience – and as much success – as BRC Imagination Arts in designing and building space-based projects, including several attractions for NASA's Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida.
One of the most popular attractions at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is the Shuttle Launch Experience, where visitors experience the sights, sounds, and G-forces of a real Space Shuttle Launch. Another breakthrough BRC-designed attraction at the KSC Visitor Complex is the Apollo/Saturn V Center. This Center presents the drama of the Apollo missions featuring a breath-taking reveal of the largest space artifact ever presented – the awesome Saturn V rocket that powered NASA’s Apollo missions.
One of the latest BRC space attractions Exploration Space: Explorers Wanted opened in January 2010 at Kennedy Space Center. Here guest will discover how they can be part of NASA's next great adventure.
Other NASA related projects and sites include the design and production of Space Center Houston, the United States Space & Rocket Center, 7 other projects at Kennedy Space Center, Jet Propulsion Lab, and Deutsche Aerospace.
For the Adler Planetarium, BRC designers worked with NASA astronaut Jim Lovell to create the “Shoot for the Moon” exhibit. The first gallery, "A Journey with Jim Lovell" sets up the story by looking at the Apollo missions and the "Mission Moon" gallery looks to the return to the moon and asks what part you will play.
