The National Health Museum will be much more than a museum. Located in Atlanta — the new crossroads of national and global health — it will be at the leading edge of a revolutionary re-imagining of what “health” is and how it can best be achieved and maintained. This new approach moves away from a sickness-based health system to a system based on wellness. The National Health Museum will inspire positive, tangible action toward healthy lifestyle choices through immersive media environments, presentations and interactive exhibits.
To achieve this ambitious objective, the National Health Museum has engaged BRC Imagination Arts to create a world class visitor experience that is part science center, part experience museum and part theme park. BRC’s vision approaches the topic from the perspective of the visitor’s needs and interests. Organized as a series of unique Experience Zones, each zone is named for a functional importance to the human experience — Connect, Heal, Live, Feel, Relax, Move, Eat and Think.
